Vitality Breakfast

Served daily in Stir Restaurant, there is nothing quite like our new tasty and healthy options at Vitality Breakfast.

The Vitality Counter allows guests to choose from a delicious range of healthy options such as homemade muesli, thick Greek yoghurt, luxury granola, fresh porridge with an accompaniment of seeds, nuts and honey. Our new Juice station will leave you feeling refreshed with a range of detox water, four different juices and power shots.

For a Continental style breakfast, we have a selection of cheese and meats. We have a mix of international and locally sourced produce which has been carefully selected by our head chef.

For those with a sweet tooth, we also have a lovely array of pastries. You will find freshly baked butter croissants, pain au chocolates and pain au raisins at our pastry station.

We also serve a traditional Irish breakfast at our hot counter for the breakfast goer looking for something filling and tasty.

Our newest addition to the vitality breakfast is our Gluten Free breakfast, at Clayton Cardiff Lane we want to make sure everyone is looked after and starts the day with a full tummy.

Breakfast and a healthy diet

A good breakfast gets your entire system up and running and will aid concentration throughout the day. It can also mean less snacking. Choose from high fibre cereals and breads (preferably brown and wholemeal), multigrain porridge with seeds, nuts and fresh fruit or thick yoghurt with fruit compote and fresh fruit. With the Vitality Breakfast selection available at Clayton Hotels, a healthier breakfast is guaranteed.

Breakfast Suited For Children

Ensure your children get a good breakfast to kick-start their day: cereal, bread with cheese, scrambled eggs, yoghurt, or some fresh fruit. Eat plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables. You should aim to eat at least five portions every day. Fruit or raw vegetables make great in-between meal snacks and most are packed full of vitamins and fibre to help you feel good and provide you with energy.

Drink more water

Bodies need water for survival and hydration, water helps cleanse your system. Drink plenty of it and aim for eight glasses every day. When your body is slightly dehydrated it can make you feel tired or groggy.
